The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 12,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1568), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 269(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act establishing the Safety Code Task Force; and providing                                 
     for an effective date."                                                                        
                                                                                                    
**Representative Ogg, who had been previously excused (page 1608),                                  
left the Chamber.                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 269(FIN) pass the House?"  The
